Syria’s Future
MASAR was founded to enable youth with skills that will improve their lives
Who Are We?
In the heart of Syria, where resilience is a way of life, millions of young people wake up each day facing a future with limited opportunities. After years of conflict, the regime has fallen, but the scars remain—85% of Syrians live below the poverty line, struggling to secure even the most basic needs. Yet, amid these challenges, there is hope. Hope in the form of skills, education, and the chance for a better tomorrow.
MASAR (Modern Academy for Skills and Advanced Resources) was born from this hope. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to equip Syrian youth with the vocational skills they need to rebuild their lives and support their families. From marketing to Graphic Design, from Photography and Videography to Video Editing, we provide hands-on training that turns dreams into livelihoods. But we cannot do this alone. After years of sanctions that have cut off traditional funding routes, leaving young Syrians with fewer chances to thrive. That’s why we are reaching out to you—compassionate individuals from around the world—who believe in the power of education to break cycles of poverty.
Your support doesn’t just provide training; it secures a decent living. It transforms lives. It helps build a Syria where young people don’t just survive, but thrive. Join us in this journey. Be the reason a young Syrian crafts a new future. Donate today and be part of MASAR mission to pave the way forward.

OUR SPECIAL PARTNER

Promodial
At MASAR, empowering youth with skills is just the first step. To turn their training into real careers, we’ve partnered with Promodial, a marketing agency that offers our graduates a clear path to employment. After completing their training, they will join Promodial as interns, gaining hands-on experience. With dedication and growth, they can become full-time employees, securing a stable future. This partnership ensures that MASAR’s graduates don’t just learn skills—they start their careers with confidence

The war may have ended, but its impact remains; leaving Syria’s youth struggling to find their place in a changing world. Many lack the skills needed to compete in today’s job market, forcing them into hardship. That was the goal from founding MASAR, to equip them with the right skills, break the cycle of poverty, and create new opportunities.

For 12 years, the war in Syria changed everything, but one dream stayed with us, the dream of rebuilding our country. I believe that “everyone has the power to make a difference”, and that is why MASAR was created, and our mission began.
